We all come from very different backgrounds, ethnicities, belifes but one thing that is universal, we can all meditate and receive guidance, clarity, healing, and inspiration. The work that Maryam does guides different online meditations that are geared for people who are just beginning to mediate and people who have had trauma, who struggle with depression/anxiety, and even overcoming addictions.
